been here many times now and recently they’ve been out of a lottt of menu items. it’s a la carte so it can add up pretty quickly. i recommend checking their website online ordering to see what they have available! the broth here is so so good and flavorful. beef is also pretty good! sides are decent. service is really good they come out with everything really quick! sauce bar costs money :<

Xi Hotpot was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The food was very expensive and overpriced for the small portions that were served. The quality and quantity did not justify the price. The spicy beef broth was also horrible; all I could taste was black pepper, which was overused and completely overpowered the broth, killing my taste buds and leaving it with no flavor. Service: The customer service was extremely poor, with little to no attention given to customers. The overall experience felt unwelcoming. Atmosphere: To make matters worse, the owner/worker was smoking cigarettes inside the restaurant, which made the environment unpleasant. Overall: I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience.

The big highlight is definitely the broth and ingredients. They’ve got a nice variety of soup bases, from rich and savory to seriously spicy, so you can mix and match depending on how you’re feeling. The spicy broth especially gets props from a lot of folks for having that real Sichuan kick.

If you’re looking for a luxurious atmosphere to impress your friends, this is a great choice, though it may not be the best option if value is your priority. The seafood was incredibly fresh—likely prepared just moments before being served. The attention to detail in presentation was impressive, from the spotless utensils to the beautifully matched plates and bowls with gold trim. Even the mini sausages were meticulously cut, enhancing both their appearance and taste. That said, while the refined touches were appreciated, they felt a bit excessive for my personal preference. I was hoping for a more traditional Asian dining experience with a stronger emphasis on value rather than presentation. However, I recognize that this is a matter of personal taste rather than a flaw in the restaurant itself. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, just not exactly what I was looking for.
